Modding problem

Well this time I need help from you, I'm big amateur at modding, but main problem is, everything is working great if I add weapon or car mod, but I want to test some new skins mods cuz original skins are really boring, when ever I want to change them, it's not working, I'm testing it on random server and my skins didn't change, I'm using spark... anyone can help me with this please ?

Use Img.tool instead,or alci,in img,tool is a easy way or smth,well if u need mod,go to my thread ;(

Keep using Spark IMG, Bull. It is better than others.

Yeah,Spark is a easy thing,i use dem for my HD Roads.If you dont know to use them,Search to Youtube,"How To Use Spark IMG" Or something,good luck.

Thank you guys but I already fixed it I changed wrong skins and I was expecting new fam1 fam2 fam3 hahaha and I was wondering why it's not working -.-' silly Bull

LOL,hahaha dont extract some wrong skins again :p,you may lock this.

Okay 1 more problem, about sound mod editor which one is really good and easy to use I had one and I forgot it's name :/
