The Toltec Syndicate originated in the 1980's in the Oso Blanco prison system as a gang focused on protecting the hispanic prison population against the majoring White and Black populations. They were opposed to the Mexican Mafia, disagreeing with their ways and many of their actions. Contrary to popular belief their was no rivalry between the two organizations however the Toltec didn't associate themselves with the MM. The overloaded prison system caused for a lot of political problems. Many claimed that the prison was unsanitary and believed a new one should be introduced. Since Oso Blanco was not known as a "last stop" for many offenders it was not hard to understand how the gang spread. When members being held in the Oso Blanco prison were released they would move, many of them would be arrested for other crimes and sent to prison yet again. This would lead to the spreading of the gang throughout the country. By the year 2010 the Toltec Syndicate's members ranged from Juvenile facilities to maximum security prisons. The member count was well over 100,000; and the militant like structure provided order within the gang.

CHAPTER 1; NEW FACILITY

Jesse Mendoza entered the Red County Correctional Facility with high hopes. He held his head high and turned to his friend Jack. "Hey everything is going to be fine, we're protected in here, na'mean?" said Jesse. "Sure, it's just..- you're right, we'll be fine," Jack said as he wiped his nose and snorted as he always did when he was nervous.
The head guard ordered the men to exit the bus slowly, then to form a line. They did so; however as they did so each of them inspected another. Judging them slowly, "Who will be the first to break?" they asked themselves.
The men trotted in a single file line to the front desk where they'd grab their prison attire and changed clothes preparing themselves for the next chapter of their lives. Each prisoner would be there for a different amount of time, however they'd all be together, general population. Jesse changed particularly quickly, sliding the elastic prison issued pants on then the slip on shoes. Jesse grabbed the shirt that had been issued to him and threw it over his shoulder, exposing his rather athletic build and several prison tattoos.
The guards lead them to their new cells but they new inmates weren't allowed cell mates. This meant that Jesse and Jack couldn't be together. Things weren't as bad though seeing as they were put in a mostly hispanic cell block. Jesse inspected the men in his neighboring cells, one in particular; this man looked rather shallow but Jesse knew him from a previous prison, he was a member of la eme, the Mexican mafia. Jesse then realized that this prison wasn't as safe as he thought. The presence of the MM meant that there was racial tension in the prison. However Jesse had already offered his allegiance to the TS, the Toltec Syndicate; and he wasn't planning on changing that. However the there was no tension between the MM and the TS they saw each other as equals, but the TS didn't approve of certain ways of the MM.
During lunch that day Jesse sat with Jack and other hispanics that weren't involved with la eme. He told them of his plan to take the lead of the TS in Red County and they all approved. Within minutes of this guards were seen by the new TS members harassing members of la eme; particularly Jesse's friend from the other prison. The TS went into a fight that they knew they'd lose against the guards. Prison guards and the joined troops of the hispanic gangs fought; nevertheless the MM and TS were over powered. That day Jesse Mendoza and the Toltec Syndicate fought for pride and heritage. They also fought to earn respect amongst the other prisoners and this was accomplished.

Mind me asking, but how do you make these incredibly fancy and awesome "newspaper-like" text boxes. Do you use Photoshop or a different program?

It HTML language. Basically you make a division then tell HTML that you want the division to be white then as your information inside like I did with the table, etc.
