First of all, use the proper format, please.

Now, some hackers are visiting the server lately, maybe because of that.
However, even before this "hacker flood", some players used to lose their weapons when logging in and out.

Now, second of all, if you don't have a picture of your firearm, I'm afraid nothing can be done, since no proof-no action.
