this is optimized the ENB settings to run on low-end computers!
WANT BETTER FPS?!
You lose a little bit of quality in the shadows that's it!
1) Open up enbseries.ini
2) Then find, " ShadowQuality= " and put a 2 next to it.
3) It should then look like, " ShadowQuality=2 "
4) Select file, and click save.
Now low-end computers can play this ENB in perfect FPS just like my version three ENB, enjoy!
The ENB would be a lot better personally if I made the settings more better to run on high-end pc's only, but a majority of people don't have the computers to do so.
