Your wrong dude they'll loose millions if they take it out for PC, for example they had this with GTA IV that when few people actually bought the CD for pc, they upload it making all the people having it and not wasting no cash.

No, you don't need an internet connection to play Bull, but you will miss alot of stuff, including GTA Online.
