This is a usual bug.
Try restarting your PC or something,and reply back.

I restarted the PC twice, but it still says "Your banned from this server".

Hmmm..
I don't know,but i'm sure you weren't banned.
This is a bug that was happening to me one certain period in past.
I couldn't get IG for 2 days.
So,i think it's still a bug,unless some other admin banned you which is a small chance..
