C.R.A.S.H. – Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums was officially created by Frank Tenpenny and Eddie Pulaski. Their main goal was to remain peace on the streets of Los Santos. But in reality they were corrupted and made businesses with street gangs, such as the Balla’s and the families. Their newest member Ralph Pendelbury was actually a member of internal affairs. Pendelbury threatened Tenpenny and Pulaski to expose their corruptness and their activities with evidence. Tenpenny and Pulaski decided to kill their member Pendelbury in 1992, Tenpenny forced Jimmy Hernandez to finish off Pendelbury using a gun. Jimmy Hernandez told about the murder to the secret services but didn’t mention he was the one who used the gun.

Goals

Their main goal is to get rid of all the Los Santos Gangs, earning fast and simple money while the police department is behind their back. They will try to take out the rival business so their money will become "easy to get". They will take out gangs who are on their path.

How they work

The classic way – They collect evidence by using spies, people who clothes themselves and act like the gang they’re spying on. They arrest the low ranked- gang members in an attempt to get information from them.
Tenpenny way – They bait for the High-Ranked members for information, they only arrest the low-ranked members to get money out of them or to fulfill tasks.

How to kill someone

• Use gloves, you can never forget to use gloves this mistake could cost your life.
• Silent, do it without noise. Most likely C.R.A.S.H. prefers an area where aren’t people coming. (Ex.: Woods in ELS, Docks in LS, Desert in LV, Blueberry woods,…)
• Leave the scene as soon as possible and make a fake report. (Ex.: “A guy got shot at [location], responding” –Even tho you killed the guy.)
• Timing, you can use your victim to fulfill tasks, sell things for you, example: Drugs or firearms. If he can’t do anything for you anymore or he threatens you to expose your business, THEN you can kill the person.
