PC keeps turning OFF

I start my PC everything cool, I'm on it playing a game/being on internet it's not important.
Then after 5-15 mins it just shuts off.
And happens every time I turn it on.
I have Windows XP Service Pack 3.
What is the problem here?
Should I let it cool off for a while or is it something with hardware or software?

I just turned it on this morning and it kept turning off.

I got the XP SP3 too , I never had this type of problem .

It can be anything - something with the software (which is not a big problem) , hardware - from dust to overheating , or a burnt RAM plate , power supply unit defect , maybe something wrong with the motherboard (which is the worst case) .

I suggest asking a professional , I'm not really into fixing , I can just assemble PCs from parts ...
