| Blocks Okay guys, as we all agree ICly and OOCly to form blocks, so that means we will spread in four crews, we will be still same gang but because of so much members is really hard to control all of you. So each block will have his Leader and few members and their own area, so me and Radman are already leaders so we won't take any block. So this system will give you opportunity to lead a small crew and with this bring more RP and increase your leading skills! So Leaders will get three (depends on gang popularity) more members (wannabes or just ragged people) and he will be testing them ICly and OOCly and he will tell results to Loc and Loc will tell results to leaders, than we will decide if you are prepared to be ragged or you need a little bit more time to spend with us. Rules may be re-edited later so skip them for now...
