That player was a non-rper in the past he's lucky im not in game i would have handled him, but can't go in game so let's let another admin take action.

I should say that to Jefferson to admit my excuse because he has reported the player in game and i was there but since i haven't any proof about how he broke the rule i couldn't show and action on the culprit player. I'll keep my eyes on this player and whenever i can catch him, I'll warn about his mistake.
