Tell something you know about this gang: LSPD is the only, and main Law-Enforcer in Los Santos. Their motto is "To Serve and Protect".
They will try to help everyone within their limits of the law. With their blue-red lights and their overwhelming sound you can hear that they are here to help everyone they CAN help. LSPD has 1 Chief, this Chief is most-likely the major of the city.

1. He believes the Chief of Police is the mayor of the city, lol.

2. His grammar and roleplay is poor.

3. I don't like him at all due to him posting 10 complaints onto me, attempting to CK me and talked crap behind my back to other players so he would become the Chief of Police.

And yes, I think the Chief is the major of the city (IN TE GAME) since we don't have a States-Faction.
