[General] Bug Fixes

I will keep everyone updated with the bugs we fix. By the time you read a new post, the fixes should already be active on the server. If that is not the case, then I will make sure to mention that in the post itself.

None of the mentioned fixes include the ones done to the admin script or to the anti-hack script(s).

Colour formats:

This bug has been fixed.
This bug has not been fixed yet.

Bugs discovered in the grand opening:

Messages cut off for all players except for ID 0
Connection messages for admins don't show properly except for ID 0
/admins did not show the correct names
Admin vehicles did not get destroyed upon respawning them
