Here's a picture of the place where I found the same guy that you described, Sean. *Would be talking about Buhinc* I've found a black Washington entering that place, he stepped out of the vehicle and went behind the corner, when I've approached the corner, bam'! his fat ass showed up with a gun so, I've started jetting and I was lucky enough to run from him, but I wasn't lucky enough to get a picture of him.
