Refunds

Many refund requests have been made in the last few days, some of them are repeated.
I ask that in the future if you make a refund request you'll add the following details:
*Anything special regarding the server that had happened during your last login.
It is extremely important for two reasons:
1.It helps us find bugs in the server.
2.It helps your case not looking like a scammer.
