You should have a picture where it says that Bull banned you.
This is a common bug, happened to everyone who plays SA-MP and it's usually solved after a relog or two.

If you and Bull know that you got banned, then, it's whole another story and he should decide.

Well yes, I know that, I doubt that ss gives you something important, but eh... anyway the problem is, when bull banned me it just said "Server Closed The Connection" thats all, there was no other messages like who banned me why and so on...and yeah Bull does know that, so as you said, his choice
