Ok, i installed GTA SA files, but when i click the application it doesn't responding, so i can't play SAMP, what should i do?

The easiest thing you can do is download another GTA SA. Perhaps, reinstalling your current one would help as it could be not installed properly.From what I've understood by the description of your problem, those are the most obvious solutions.

Also, Mods, this should be moved to Player Support.
