When did this happen (Date, time)?:9/11, 2011. Time around 18:30 ((6:30pm))
What did the person do?:I frisked him for any Items, he asnwerd that he got absolutely nothing on him. We kidnapped him , rped putting him into the trunk. Then Heinekn came and chased us , i asked him how does he know that we kidnapp Monta? He Pmed me : he SMS'd. But how is Monta writing a SMS if he deosnt got anything on him. not even a dollar?

What do you think, how should the person be punished if he did rulebreak?:Well, he rulebreaks alot. I think a Ban of 3 days should be enough. If you dont think so admin jail for 30 Mins.
