Return of seatbelt

/sb - seatbelt command is back, you may use /sb to buckle your seatbelt in vehicle or /sb on motorbike - it will put on the helmet.

+/csb (ID/Name) Is command to check player's seatbelt if it's buckled up or not, really useful for LSPD faction Wink

If your seatbelt is not buckled up you will lose HP when you will crash (only driver)...

Incoming updates: Passengers will be injured also + Crash with motorbike will be more efficient.

Well thank you for positive feedback, I will do this small update at this /sb soon, but as I see I just recieved few more hands at scripting, Bible is doing great at learning and Owen returned so expect more updates.
