Report on Hoover

What are you reporting this person for?: Avoiding a roleplay scene, MG.

Evidence: Let me just explain what happened, we were roleplaying with [V] and he came out of nowhere, started to say shit like ''Look at me'' because we set his store on fire, but that's MG, how does he know we did it? Also, when we started roleplaying the cops are here, he said ''That didn't happen'' and ran away. The whole ''Look at me you homo'' was because of his store, as I said, he MGed we did it.

DTD confirming this, also want to say that he DMed us today, he tried to kill us without having a valid reason whatsoever. Even though DaPa took care of that, he just asked us to re-rp but because no one wanted to he jailed us for 5 minutes and told us to ignore the whole scene or re-rp, no problem with it but it was pure DM and I have pictures. I want a reason why he tried to kill us or else I want him ajailed for DM.

How the hell are you able to run away if you was just 1 feet away from me, we where both in the same alley and i jumped over that little fence from that garage. Man jeez, and i wasnt even going to murder you or whatever i just wanted to crack you guys and run away but nevermind.

Doesn't matter, you aren't in the army to be accurate as fuck. Plus, it wasn't really a single feet, it was like two-three meters. And there was a car between us, lol.

LF/DTD did you asked for permission to put his store on fire (admin's permission)? There is rule about that.

Exactly, when you left, he was right there, tripping ICly, and when I did a /do about sirens could be heard, he said ''nvm about that'' in /do and left. There was also MG involved, what we did was set his store on fire, and in that scene he MGed we did it, and started to insult us.

This is really hard to do something about because basically what happend was, me and the vagos were rp'ing not far away from the gas station when hoover came to us asking for protection IC'ly, and if you remember, I saw two of you at the store since I was buying some car equipment there. So what hoover told us IC'ly that you threatened him IC'ly to burn his gas station if he wont give you Jefferson or something like that. Then after a few minutes Hoover did a /do which contained the next information: "You can hear an explosion coming from the gas station". Of course after listening to him we RP'ed along and went to check around since Gas Station at East LS is also vago hood somehow, so IC'ly it was also important for us to keep the peace around. Then we saw your vehicle and since we saw you before at the gas station we pulled you guys over. We pointed heavy weapons at you all together, but you kept refusing to get out of the vehicle and etc so Slick just shot you and then we ran away. Other than that I didn't see what happend.

Now the second thing i'd point out is that aint this report is a little bit late? This RP happend a few days ago and you report only today which makes it even more difficult to take proper actions against Hoover.

Third thing is, this is really complicated:

-Hoover = A poor afro-american that lives in a jefferson ghetto and at the same time he's a successful business man that owns a full gas station

-The rules of getting permission to burn down property = basically it aint counted as his own property or some faction's money spot, it's a gas station for global RP so you somehow had the right to burn it down no matter what Hoover says.

We never said that we'd burn his shop, but the problem isn't that, the problem is that he just sat there after you shot us at 8 PM with a shotgun and was just like making fun of ICly and all those shits. Cops would obviously get there and when we said /do Sirens can heard in the distance so he'd go away, he didn't do anything.

I think we don't need more screens, the first screen says it all, he wouldn't come and act like that if we didn't set his store on fire, that's obvious, pure MG. And the second pic, he kinda avoided the whole scene with this ''nvm that didnt happen'' shit.

Thats the point I don't know if he MG'ed or not, but he did come to us after you guys were at the store and said that you might burn his store down if he wont give you jefferson motel.

You did burn his store and I doubt a lot of people came to him that day threatening him to burn his store down, I cannot consider that as MG, correct me if I am wrong.

There are two reports where we both fight over the same thing, I think we should close down the reports. It's pointless anyway, I somehow know that in the end, this will be just locked and no punishments will be given, lol. Even though, the problem here is not the MG, it's the Non-RP.

I understand the frustration but the report is quite vague. I can understand a few thinsg off it while others I don't. As Compton said above next time the RP seems problematic to you take any screen everything that is related. The one thing I did notice is Hoover is a sore loser and quite the hot head so I'm locking this. If any type of rule breaking will accure by Hoover again relating this RP I personally promise a 2 hour admin jail to him. The disrespect towards RP he has been showing is ridiculous.
