@Dan I don't think this is restricted to rap at all. I think it's just a coincidence that the only people to post so far's favorite music genre has been rap. Post what you want to post man, I'm sure it's fine.

I like a lot of nowaday rappers, people like Joey Bada$$, Kendrick Lamar, Ace Hood, Future, A$AP Ferg, A$aP Rocky, Chief Keef, Waka Flocka, French Montana and other artists.

I also love old school rap a lot no matter if it's west coast or east coast or dirty south rap, whatever sounds good is fine by me. I am always happy to see old school rappers release a song or two nowadays.

All old school rap was good, I was never a bad song in the 90s

Best music was produced during the media induced, "East v. West" it was bullshit because it caused conflict between great artists. But this did produce some good music with high energy, sparks flying and in-your-face lyrics. Some of my favorites from back then were, Haill Mary, Who Shot Ya, Cream, and a few tracks by Mos Def that I can't think of right now were pretty sweet too.

Yeah, I also like how some artists are trying the bring that 90s style of rap back
