Okay,this is really pissing me off. It says when I Files>Open>gta3 says: Couldnt find .DIR file or somth. Its pissing me off with this img tool and stuff i really need help

Than download file that is missing , did you tried to use Spark ?

They all want the difficult way....Well,if you dont got some "WOW WTF I LOVE THIS MOD ITS A VIP ONE I ONLY CAN GET IT 1 TIME" then why you dont turn on your brain and REISTALL your game instead of wasting your freetime and probably making the damage bigger if you dont got enough experience with that.

Why don't you either re-install as Kolleghy said, or you can try getting a different IMG editor maybe? Alci's? Spark? I personally don't like Spark.

Go to gta3.img directory, then right click on it, go to properties, and uncheck the 'Read Only' box.
