I'm trying to post something on the forums which includes HTML-codes but it won't let me. It says that I'm not allowed to post external links for another 7 days. Is somebody able to turn it off for me? So that I can post my post?

you need to be on the forums for 7 days to be able to post html codes. wait for them to pass. if you need any other help pm me to unlock the topic.
