Well..I dont know what it is,but since i reinstalled gta once.IG the shadows have some green shiny look.It looks like a graphic bug.I tried a few reinstalls but it doesnt matter.I never had that before...

Go to Options Display Options Advanced Display and be sure it is SOMETHINGxSOMETHINGx32

Oh...The graphic is ways better now,the shadows are fixed but black pants and stuff are still full with shiny pixels.

It might be the brightness of your game, the resolution, or your graphics card. Sometimes my game looks like that with all those kind of colors due to the brightness I've set in my game settings.

What Micklo said is true, but other than that, maybe it's your ENB or Colormod (if you have it)
