I recommend using 3d Max 2009/2010/2011 because other versions will mess up your models. This has never happened to me at all. Read up "How to Rig GTA SA" in Google, maybe you didn't export or rig your model properly. Otherwise if this didn't help, you'll have to look somewhere else other than WCL for help.
