I'm guilty of all charges, warn me IG, BigSnoop takes such a thing as car ramming incredibly seriously because it doesn't affect his RP at all. I have no proof of what I'm about to say, but it's the truth. Whenever you do take the PD skins, you're going around LS ramboing people when you're in shootouts. However, that is irrelevant anyway.
