Sorry for posting but he's a rulebreaker, He's a rulebreaker on SOLS to and he wont ever ever learn.. Unbanning him will improve the rulebreaking rate in the server.

Yeah,i was about to post the same thing.
Beside that hacking,he's breaking rules a lot,especially on SOLS.
I doubt his behavior is different than the one on SOLS or any other server.
However,it's up to Compton..Although i may know the answer.
