They officially confirmed 16 players only, and there won't be Vice City or Liberty City, lol.. There will be only Los Santos, maybe in GTA 6 they will make Liberty or Vice again, but for now only in your dreams.

Done every mission, im doing every achievement/trophy. Currently at 76.4% so yeah.

GTA V wasn't really all that lol, most people are just waiting for multiplayer really. People are beating the game in like 1 week.
