Evidence:
We were following a Grove street outsider ( some new guy ) and Royce logged off when we caught him at Vagos area. Royce logged in some seconds later and he just pulled out an AK from his ass without proper RP he just started to shoot me and Electro. In the following picture you can see Royce shooting to Electro.
