My Cam hack cant run need some help

Can Some one help me if i run my San andreas Cam Hack It said-The Program Can't Start Becuz dx8vb.dll is missing from your Computer try reinstalling the program to fix this problem can someone help me and link download of this dx8vb.dll i need download link or any help everyone please

Here is it

1) Download dx8vb.dll from http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php/dllfiles/D/dx8vb.dll/5.03.2600.2180/download.html
2) Download SA Cam Hack v1.2 from http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f647-san-andreas-camera-hack-v1-2
3) Place dx8vb.dll into C:\Windows\sysWOW64\
4) Click start go to the search box, type run
5) Right click run, go to Run as Administrator (if the option is there, otherwise just click run)
6) type cmd and open the command dialog
7) type cd c:\windows\syswow64\
7) type regsvr32 dx8vb.dll and wait for it to pop up and say successful
Right click cam hack's .exe, and select Run as Administrator
9) Enjoy
