[REQ]How to download skin mod and put it inside GTA SA with Alci IMG 1.5

Title says all.
Just post few tutorials that could help me how to put it in.

at the end,idk rly how to open these files and extract them to the gta.img3

1)Download the skin.
2) Open Alci's
3) Click on OPEN and select gta3.img in GTA San Andreas/models
4)Click on IMPORT, select both the *.txd and the *.dff of the skin you downloaded.
5) Click SAVE
6)Close
7)Play
8)Get raped.
