Weird message saying I'm banned and cant enter the server?

OK, So I had to use to account to say this. So I went on [PD]Jack_Rovan Which is my PD Account, Then when Its load and all. When It goes to connecting It says. You are banned from this server. I HAD NO EXPECTION Of an admin banning me. I did nothing wrong. Can somebody tell me whats going on?

What the hell man? Another forum account? You made 4 forum accounts and you multiaccount in-game, thats the reason you are banned.

Multiaccounting is forbbiden.
