So let me tell what happened, Me and radman was looking for our stoled car for about 1h, so much things happened in this 1 hour, all start when we cracked Lil Dan and Capser came start shooting on us by unknown reason for now, we hops in car later and drives away. we was rping with Lil Dan somewhere at sea, and we killed him. after that we check around seville for our cars and we noticed cops, we start runing away on the old [DP] Hood and we saw our stolen cars there, we start chasing those mexicans with our cars and admins jailed us for breaking 30 mins rule. so here is 30 min rule.

"15. Payback attacks can be done only after 30 minutes. If a faction has attacked you, you can organize a revenge attack on it, only after 30 minutes."

They had our cars for about 1 hour, and we didn't killed or attack them before... so we didn't activated this 30 min rule between me and radman and vatos.

But admin says, If I kill someone, (in this case me and radman killed Lil Dan), That I need to wait 30 mins to attack another guy(s). And I don't get it, here was no payback and nothing, we killed lil dan, than found our cars and we start shooting on than, after that admin just jailed us. Casper don't take this as offensive or something but I just feel that you jailed is unfair.

Becouse rule says that you need to wait 30 min before making a payback attack and at this case it was no payback we just found our stolen cars and start shooting on peoples who stealed them.

So if this is true when we kill/attack someone we need to wait 30 mins to kill/attack another one please re-write a 30 min rule becouse it says different thing that admins says me

Here is a proof that we was really in jail and casper can confirm he really jailed us for "breaking a 30 min rule".

So what If you did get jailed, it was only 10 minutes so I don't see why it was so unfair.
You already had attacked 3 people together including the shooting on the Aztecas because they have stolen your vehicle.
30 minutes still applies to whether you are going to get revenge on someone/some people, or going to attack a player/people.
If it wasn't for that, you could do a whole lot of death matching in the server which is why i said "that's outrageous" to you.
I would have chased you down since we had gotten into a dispute at the gas station.
As well, I only give you a small amount of time to pay for a punishment for the act you committed.
You still had your chance to go afther those Aztecas in only a couple of minutes.

Yeah I told you don't take this or offensive or something, I am just checking if you did right, becouse I understand 30 min rule on different way than you, I didn't know if I kill someone that I need to wait 30 min to kill another one.

Well my opinion is that we have 30 minutes to wait for a payback of somewhat for a valid reason, as well if we decide to attack on other players.
Here is a scenario, If I was in some other gang faction and got drive byed, and once it was over I go over to some random player to attack him for money.Then afther I have received his money, I chosen then to go attack another faction in the server, not the one who did the drive by and it all happened under 10 minutes.

There would be two reasons I would jail the player for Death matching and the 30 minutes rule even though I have not committed an act to the players who attacked me before.

yeah but a 30 min rule don't tell us that when we killed somebody that we need to wait 30 min to attack/rob/kill somebody else, so just simply lock this topic and re-write a rule so it will tell us, when we kill somebody we need to wait 30 min to attack someone else. So becouse rule that tell us something else.

As I said 30 min rule is telling us we must wait 30 min before make a payback on same faction that attacked us, it don't telling us that we need to wait 30 min before attacking another person...

Good morning, but as I already told 30 min rule say we must wait 30 min before make an payback on the same faction, I don't know then, re-write this rule or write another one so it will tell us when we kill/attack somebody we must wait another 30 min to attack/kill somebody else.

It's just the rules of roleplay for gang members, you should be mostly chilling in your hood and doing hood RP, going after 3 gangs/people in less than 30 minutes is a rule break, think about it, in real life a gangbanger won't travel to 3 different hoods in one night to kill other people, he will be caught by police easily, his car will be searched by the local police, so he better lay low for a day or two or maybe even a week, for us a week on WCL is 30 minutes, so please, try to not attack too much, Casper did the right thing here.
