Evidence:

So, me and Blood chased imax and LilTony cause they we're speeding, suspicion since they we're sneaking in a yard, avoiding and reckless driving. We finally got 'em, did a /me to cuff them but then suddenly, LilTony didn't even answer to Blood's /me with a goddamned reason but did /me takes a colt out and aims at Blood's head.
I aimed at LilTony, shot at his head ( Police officers got permission to harm OR kill when an officer is in danger ), LilTony got cracked and then /q'ed.

I would like to see if LilTony gonna post something here, if not ill punish him for /q abuse.
