CLOSE YOU GTA SA BEFORE DOING THIS!!!!!

Download the skin/skinpack you like > Open IMG Tool (If you don't have it, go download it.
> Press '' File ''

> Open > gta3

> Find the thing you wanna replace, let's say it's pretend you wanna get a
new skin on fam3.

> When you have opened gta3

>Press; Edit

>Press; Find

>Left click press; fam3.txd

>Press; Replace

> Find the skin you wanted to change it with and choose the .txd file you got.

> When it says on IMG Tool, ''File replaced'' choose fam3.dff and do the same you did with the .txd file.

> Press; Command

> Press; Rebuild Archive.

This might take about 1 minute or 2, but when it say it is done, you take away img tool and play, check if you did it right, if not ill help you on Team viewer.
