lol i think this is a very lame way of looking for coleaders. you might get somebody who isnt good or is new. you kicked pablo, what, after 1 day for screwing up?

Find another way, I mean look at the shit that just happened in this topic.
First of all, get to know the person, make sure they're loyal, and not new.
