Map Loading Slow.

So, I installed a few mods now.
And my map is slowly loading and shit.
I know there's something I can download to fix it, but I forgot it's name and don't know where to download it.
Please help me, Post ways to fix this, Please!

The thing is some .ini file or something like that.

I had same problem when I had a weaker PC, maybe your game is too HQ for your PC graphics. I tho never heard about any software/program that can help you solve that.

Juss take off some mods xD

Well, in my solution of the problem, I see that you need to get some stream fix, doesn't matter the version of it.
If I ain't wrong, Go on Google and write: Stream Memory Fix.
