I've done things bad due my bad RP, I have read some RP guides and I practiced on another server. And I think I improved!
I also got accused of hacking, which I didn't! I never hacked, I don't even know how!
I think I've learned my lesson, and I am ready to start again!

Basiclly, he joined the server, got kicked from the ping, and never joined again.

I swear my life and my families life man i dont know how to change ip. I didn't ban evade nor changed my IP, I don't know how it comes but I SWEAR I didn't ban evade.

ban evaded or not, you were reported numerous times and i doubt you learned your lesson in this short period of time. if you want to know if you're unbanned or if you know/think your time passed, you make a ban appeal and NOT go in-game.
