The Temple Drive Ballas is one of the sets of the Ballas gang.
They wear darker purple colors to represent themselves. They control the Market area in South Temple. And claim the West Side.
Members of the gang are seen hanging out on Saint Flats street.
Most of the members carry light weapons in the day like knifes, handguns, and sometimes they carry bats to beat down rival gang members.
1994 A New Beginning
The new era of TDB is here
they've been inactive on the streets for a while now, thanks to one of the shotcaller "CS".
They are now known for selling large amounts of drugs in and out of their neighborhood
And also they also keep their business on a down low. They have alot of hate towards other gangs that like to get in their way.
The current leaders of this gang are "Crazy Smokey" and "Dope-Loc" These two Shotcallers, they tell the shots in the gang and make sure they are strong and doing good.
But "Crazy Smokey" got caught slipping, and is now locked up and doing time. For multiple charges. "TC", is now a Runnin' Dog and is controlling the hood along with "Dope Loc".
Time has went by and the hood is doing bad in the drug business, it seems they aren't making enough money for the hood. And alot of gang members are getting killed, things are hard at the moment and will continue that way until "Crazy Smokey" returns.
"Dope Loc" is doing the best right now in the neighborhood, recruiting the youngsters into the set, and putting in work on the enemies.
They have a strong Rivalee towards the Temple Drive Families and most of the Familie sets.
They don't want war but when it comes down to it they won't ever stop until the war is over.
Once you're in TDB there is no way out, fellow ,member "DJ" was killed by his own homies for trying to leave the gang. He was a former Leader of the gang. In order to join TDB Youngsters must show they are down for the gang, and put in work for the hood. Going out and finding a enemy and by doing this the gang will earn fear on the streets.

Tyler Crimson was his name, and took birth at Saint's Hospital, in Temple. His life started with his mom doing drug's, and his father being in jail. His mother was slanging dope on the street's of Temple back in the day, but she got high on her own supply, wich Tyler had to grow up with, till he was six year's old. His aunt would come around to see if he was alright at his mother's house, when she one day came to pick him up, and never come back to the house again. Cause what happened there, his family did not want it to happen to him.
Teenage year's:
As Tyler grew up, one day his uncle came in to his room, telling that his mother was killed, by a Seville member. That was when he started as a twelve year old gang-banger. He made it into the Temple Drive Ballas gang, and is now started to sell drug's in the hood, often getting in to trouble, he would find a way out. He was afraid, that when he would get older he would be like one of the people, having to sleep outside. Tyler didn't like that, so he made money.. Untill he one day got his own gun..
He has been in the gang for alot of year's, still selling drug's, and all that a gangster could think of. He was a Thug, he wouldn't say no to anything, he was a terrifying gang-banger. Alway's being strapped got to be a habit of his, he would drive around in his Savanna, always carrying a Glock, Shotty or if the other's would be in bad luck, a AK47. He loved the AK, through his year's, he has been killing, shooting, robbing and stealing. He wasn't afraid of nothing, as he would always chill with his homie's, trying to figure out what they should do. Tyler has been in the gang for a long time, and as the leader of the gang got caught by the Police, he was now in jail. That's when Tyler's homie and himself would step in, keeping the street's up, making sure nobody would come around to take over. He is now found alot around Temple, smoking weed, fucking 'bitche's n' hoe's', and ofcourse, LOWRIDING.

Full name: Darnell Jones Nickname: DJ Age: 25 Tattoos: Temple Ballas across his right arm, tear drops on his left eye symbolizing he lost homies. Rank: Shotcaller Status: Dead, killed by fellow gang members for trying to leave the gang, Location: Market, Temple Drive Gang Affiliation: Temple Drive Ballas Story: Childhood Darnell had very abusive parents. His father, Mark Jones was a drug dealer, and his mother was a former prostitute. His father hit his mother almost every day. The cops had to be called every week to calm him down. That and his father was murdered at age 17. However, his mother died first when Darnell was 3 years old. Those two deaths and many other traumatic events are what made him the man he is today. One sunny day on August 21st, 1973, tragedy happened. Darnell returned from Glen Park with his cousin, Peter McClowsky, one of the only normal people in his very bad family. He returned only to find his mother dead on the floor, in a pool of red blood, some of it drying. Darnell fell on his knees, crying as his cousin held him in his arms. He felt the largest pain in his heart, he could not stop crying. It was a nightmare, and he wanted to wake up, wake up damn it! It was nothing but reality though, and he knew that. Many people were questioned, nobody knew a thing. Only some bystanders describing two men in black clothing, "ninjas", some people called them. Darnell vowed to find whoever committed the crime. He would search forever. Teen Years After that, custody was given to Mark, Darnell knew it was just the beginning of hell. Mark over the years beat and taught Darnell the "art" of "selling" as he called it. At the age of 15, Mark was sending Darnell to sell some Marijuana, then he moved on to crack cocaine. They were making heaps of money, a couple million. At age 17, Darnell and Mark were making plans to move to Vice City and live life to the fullest. Right before the dream could become reality, Mark was slain by a couple of crackheads not wanting to pay. Darnell and Mark were never far apart, so when the shot rang out, Darnell heard it. He ran towards the popping, only to find his father on the floor, coughing. Darnell tried to talk to him, "Dad! No!" "It's okay, son, you go to Vice...live a....better.....life." There he was dead, Darnell was now an orphan, it was over. He ran from the scene, he did not want to go to an orphanage. He head for the house, he would live alone. Darnell had no clue what to do, but he was a smart kid. He thought about his basic needs. Such as food, clothing, and selling. He had enough money to go on. He was almost 18 anyway, he just had to wait a year to move away. However, the month right before his birthday, he'd ran out of money. All those days of playing dice with his homies at Glen Park and Idlewood had to take an effect at some point, plus those hookers and all. Darnell had enough to move, but even if he did move, he wouldn't have enough cash to survive in Vice City, he would be a nobody over there. It was a very hard thing to think about for Darnell, he was going to get a job and be ordered around, no! When he turned 18 he decided to get buy a car from one his homies. He knew his friends would get him some cheap deals. He soon learned that that was not true, you never got anything cheap in this world, unless you went to 99 Cents, of course. Darnell needed a car, so he wasted most of his remaining cash. "What a stupid move!" he said to himself. Early Adulthood Darnell stayed in San Andreas, where he was a known person. He decided he needed more power in these violent streets. He recruited some his closest friends, Rashid, Paul, and a couple other people. Since he lived in Market/Temple, and he admired the Ballas, he decided to start his own set, the Temple Drive Ballas. He requested help from some other set leaders to start the set and finance it a bit. It worked out, and the Temple Ballas were born, the set did not last long though. However, many things happened before the fall of the Temple Ballas. There were many set wars between the Ballas, all caused by the Temple Ballas, the bloodiest one was the FYB TDB War. He asked Rollin' Heights for assistance, which was at times granted, the RHB and TDB became very close. That is when Darnell found his brother, Clutch, they became the closest. Destruction Things got to Darnell, he was very depressed and stressed, more then ever before. He decided he wanted to leave Los Santos and go to Venturas and have some fun with his life, he mysteriously vanished in 1993, and before his vanishing a large bank robbery happened in Downtown Los Santos, this is where he got his money to live life. He then returned to Los Santos, same old D.J., but not as stressed as before, he was happy for once. However, he was unhappy to see that his hood vanished with him, the TDB are done, and he will do everything to get his set back, he made mistakes, but now it's time to act.
It's important to use appropriate slang when you are roleplaying as a Balla, by using slang when you're in game check out these helpful videos that will help you improve on how to roleplay as a Balla
-What's crackin' in T-Town? -What's poppin Temple B? -Temple B's up F's Down nigga -Nigga this Market, better break yourself. -Keep your head up B? -What's up nigga what's cracking foo. -TDB gang or don't mothafuckin' bang! -T's up Haters down. -TDB gang or don't bang. -Click Click Bang Bang! Big Temple Balla gang! -Fuck a snitch T-B. -Fuck a Temple Faggot nigga. -Familie Killah nigga! -Real Dark Purple G'z!
Now here some more common Balla slang
We accept good roleplayers that are good at roleplaying as a ghetto black individual. We want players that are good at their grammar, this means by using correct vocabulary, knowing how to use appropriate spelling. No short words are slang ooc words, the spelling must be correct in order to roleplay properly. Example: What's up, how are you? That's a good example on how you are suppose to roleplay to the other players. Always use long "/me"'s and use them correctly;
Example: /me walks toward the back of his house, as he takes something out of his pocket throwing it to the ground, grinning slightly.
That's how your "/me"'s should be.
Here's a example of a good /do;
Example:/do Seems to have a angry grin each time he looks down the block, checking both sides and there appears to be a gun showing on the hip in his waistline. You must know ghetto African American knowledge, like on how they talk, what's their culture, ETC. Watch youtube videos to get some better ideas.
Never private message the leaders in game about being ragged, this will just be way harder and stressful on you
Don't ask for ranks either, you must earn this achievement "in character", Make sure to always follow the rules to be successful in the faction.
Note: In this faction there won't be just one Shotcaller, there will be many leaders controlling the gang.
It will take time to earn your ranks, we're looking for players that are loyal, knows how to listen to the gang leaders, following all the rules, and roleplaying well.
The highest rank inside the gang is called the Shotcaller, they tell the shots inside the gang and are responsible for every action. They control Temple Ballas, they are very crazy and most feared in the streets. They are very respected in the gang for thier loyalty, trust, and how much work they put in for the gang.
The Runnin' Dog, is a high ranking solider and a very respected gang member, they help the shotcallers and obey them. These members can also recruit youngsters in the gang and make them strong. They are the co leaders of the gang.
Original Gangsters the OG's, they are very respected for their loyalty and trust, they control the lower ranks. They are very crazy and always carries heavy weapons on them. Never disrespect a OG, or you'll never be respected in the gang.
Baby Gangsters, are also known as BG's they are young but very wise and skilled gang members. They are crazy and always making trouble, still trying to earn their respect from the higher ranks.
Lil Templar or Lil T's, or called Lil Wannabes, freshly jumped into the hood, they are not very respected or trusted, but they are down for the gang, they are still learning the ways on how to be a Temple Balla, they tell the youngsters what to do how to act.
Outsiders,fresh meat inside the gang they don't tell any shots, low ranking members are still learning the ways on how to be a gangster. They take a beating of 22 seconds to get in the gang.
