I do understand the frustration. But you have to know that saucedo was accepted by petar/johny.
He had to put the rag off yesterday and is an outsider again. IF he continues breaking the rules > report.

To make everything clear for those who still have questions in their heads.
I don't give a fuck how much time somebody spent in the faction
or which position somebody had. QUALITY is the only thing that counts for me.
I look for skilled people. No matter who and from where. If a person is skilled he gets what he deserves.
And if a person is not skilled he also gets what he deserves - fuck off! Simple as that.
If you wanna join VLA then proof yourself and show or work on your skills.
And if you're shitty and don't wanna accept this fact and work on yourself you will never put the tag on.
Jefferson is a very capable guy. I know him for a while now. From the PD/C.R.A.S.H . I know his skills.
And I gave him the leadership 'cuz I know that he's capable for this position.
I know that I don't have to worry about the gang if he controls it.

Now the explication about my decision about moving from the leader position.
I am almost 19 years old. My college starts tomorrow. Plus I have to work to earn money.
I also have a lot of other stuff going on in my life like friends, music, GF, workout, etc.
I just realize that I won't be able to be active enough to build a successful gang.
That's why I decided to give the leadership to Jefferson. It's better for the faction.
I will come IG sometimes when I got time to RP but the gang is on Jeff's shoulders now.
I wish him good luck and I hope that VLA will be a good faction in the future.

'cuz I don't see another capable guy for this spot at the moment.
There are some skilled people but they're all in some factions already.
And like I said. I'm not able to be active enough to lead a gang successfully.
I would like to lead VLA. Really. But there are a lot of things you have to do
if you wanna build a gang from the zero. Activity, effort, time, promoting, work, recruiting, etc.
And I just don't have the time for this anymore. Sad but true.

I'm accepting the leadership for now. But only temporary.
Until I find somebody who's capable enough for the leader spot.
Feel free to PM me on forum about that if you're interested.

I understand your situation with your VLA past and all the donated stuff.
But the problem is that I didn't have a chance to RP with you probably
which means I have no idea what you're about.
How about this: You play without the [VLA] tag for now 'till I check you IG.
And if you're good and everything is alright then you put the tag on and
get added to the ranks as gangsta without waiting or anything else.
I just want to make sure that you're cool.
