File Help

Hey everyone, I am curious to know if anyone can help me out. I need a new, clean, file of Gta_sa.exe. I don't want any mods installed in the file so it's basically brand new. If anyone could help me out by giving me a link to a download it would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks in advance.

you'll see in blue bar is written "torrent" and next to it some logo where an blue arrow is, and next to it "GTA San Andreas-HOODLUM Plus SAMP Multiplayer"

I can't do Torrents, is it a torrent?

mods = in gta3.img
gta_sa.exe is the game, you press that to open the game
