Yo man.i had the same problem and it bugged my game,like i go near a remington(after i bought one)i got crashes,and it bugged my complete GTA(re-install...:doesnt matter)so i must bought a new GTA sa CD.Now it works....
PS:you can ask boelie,because he deleted my car from file and gave me the money for car back.

I can refund it for you but you realy should read the vehicle system forum better, or the /vhelp command because there it says why /gotocar wont work. /gotocar only works if you crashed the game or timed out and relogged.
I also hope you did /park just after buying the car otherwise your screwed anyway.
