Loc Ca$h Record$ started out of the Grove Street Families, elevating through the city hiring people who can rap. Loc Cash Records; "LCR" was originally owned by Jeffrey Cross, but is now owned by Darryl "Eazy" James. Jeffrey Cross, with the help of friends spent tons of money to get Loc Cash Records as an official rap label. The purpose, was to tell the life story, diss the 5-0 (Police), and diss all Ballassess. Loc Cash Records hangs around Ganton, mainly Grove Street and affiliates with the Families. Not only do they rap, but they also gangbang. Joining LCR could get you highly affiliated with the Families.

- If in Grove Street or Seville do not disrespect anyone from the "Families"
