What are you reporting this person for?: We were following him for 15-20 minutes and he kept on changing cars when his was almost crashed.
He was trapped at the grand parking lot under the high way, and he started shooting me and Sean with a Tech9, We shot him cracked we ran to him, and he suddently used /q to evade our arrest. (He didn't even RP)

Evidence:

-Here you see his car and a piece of our trashed PD car, adn you see Leozer leaving.


Couple minutes later you see him rejoin.


This isn't the first time he does this, and its really annoying!
He should be rewarded with a ban or ban warn.
