I'm here as a witness.
I doesn't know what happened in Grove Street, i've seen the kill list tho'.
Plus, i was pretty sure this Jamsta wasn't an official VLA, since i've never seen him around.

Here's the reporting reasons, i guess:

-DM'ing
-Spawnkilling
-Impersonating (He added the VLA tag)
-Breaking WCL-RP & SOLS rule regarding the "server rivality" rule.
(If he's really from SOLS, that's just suspicons.)

This "Jamsta" might be impressonated by somone else maybe.
