SA-MP.EXE

I need help with something, when I try to open SA-MP, it doesn't open, it remains closed, i alredy reinstalled it and still got no result, anyone knows a solution ?

What do you mean it doesn't open? When you click on the icon/shortcut, nothing shows up, that?

Try uninstalling both GTA and SAMP and deleting anything related to them in other folders. Try installing SAMP in a different directory/folder and running it from there. Try running your SAMP as an administrator or in compatibility. Try installing an older version of SAMP to see if it's a current version problem or a general problem. Tell us what did you do before this problem happened.

Did that alredy, same result.

Your Firewall maybe or your Anti-Virus perhaps is not letting you open it.

Also try downloading another version of SAMP and see if you can play any random server in that version.

If you can, download the latest version and try again.

I did that alredy, DL'ed all SA-MP clients, i'll have to try 0.3c

Update, now SA-MP opens somehow, but when I click on "Connect" to connect to a server, samp.exes crashes, solutions ?

Crash?
Just download an Un-Modded GTA SA.
Then install SAMP on that GTA SA.
And it will work.

Testing that, right NOW.

The result is the same, the problem is with samp.exe

DELETE, Uninstall ALL your SA and SA-MP related files, including them.
Then download a new SA.
Then download a new SAMP.
And see.

So,re-install your PC,nvm.

When you have Windows 7 then open it as Administrator!!!!
I haved the same Prob and now it is fixed

It's simple, when I click on samp.exe nothing happens, it remains closed, I can't even open it.

Problem founded.
i have two things:
1:klick on the right mousebutton on SAMP.EXE and run it as windows 98/95.
2:download a new crack(GTA_SA.EXE)

When you Uninstalled, you HAVE to make sure the folder in My Documents (GTA SA User Files) is deleted along the way because if you re-install without doing that it won't do shit, I think this was what happened before when I couldn't open it...
