How to fix Keyboard Bug

I heard several people have this bug, it is when you try to make symbols like ' or ?, and you do it the normal way and it types other symbols.
Ex: You try to type ? and it appears _
How to fix it ?
Easy, just hold Left Shit and Alt for 3 seconds, and it will be fixed.

P.S. Sorry for this i had to, my 9gagging side couldnt resist.. btw yh this could be helpfull..
