No San Andreas Mutltiplayer will not put your computer in danger unless you download another SA-MP verison by somone else and not the offical website. I have checked the SA-MP.exe myself and it contains nothing harmful with AVG.

Yes, casue i belive they'res possible torrent verisons of SA-MP's and other links that could contain trojans/viruses when accepting sa-mp from other people. So, is your question solved?
