It doesn't stop there either sites such as Rapidshare are also facing the bullet.

Too bad, that's my favorite site to download illegally albums off, along with Mediafire. I hope they sort things up and can open it back in the future.

SOPA involved or somethin?

The 6 or 8(can't remember exact) founders of megaupload has been arrested aswell, 卐OPA is already fucking up the internet, even though it didnt even pass yet...

The take-down of the site has nothing to do with SOPA. According to the US authorities, Megaupload and it's owners infringed copyright laws in various ways. Some of the files were hosted on USA territory, so it gave them the right to act.

Rick i know it wasnt SOPA cause it didnt pass yet, but i know it's because all the shit going on right now about SOPA and PIPA that they took actions, so we can still blame it on them.
