You can move and shoot in real life, it's wrong if you run in circles or make unrealistic movement while doing it. Running straight and shooting isn't so problematic, adding to the fact that you were unarmed and trying to avoid bullets. The administrators in-game couldn't respond due to the fact that if we did, the shooting would be over by then and we would encounter a word versus word argument in which we couldn't do anything. Not because we were lazy to. Player warned only faction wise, locking.
