You both insulted each other get over it. You actually insulted him first with, "Why don't you go learn to rp" - or whatever you said. But you should learn how to speak in english better and make your words fit each other. Don't say "learn Paul how to rp" What you should say is "Paul you should learn how to rp." There my grammar lesson is done. But you can't report him for ooc insulting if you've done the exact same thing.

I said "learn Paul how to rp" to Shanked and i never insulted him he is the only one which insult and by the way he is an DMer every time when there are no admins online he is abusing the PD locker to DM and also ramming us with Ambulance

Your grammar is horrible but alright. "teach Paul how to rp" Is a normal sentence. not "learn Paul how to rp" You can't "learn" someone how to rp - you can "teach" someone how to rp.
